A Council delegation led by Chairman Jaafar Al-Hamdani met the Turkish Ambassador in Baghdad and the embassy’s commercial counsellors.
Chaired by Jaafar Al-Hamdani, the Council’s meeting reviewed obstacles facing traders, its own needs, and preparations for a December conference.
Signed on 2 November 2025, the mechanism sets out how strategic water projects will be identified and delivered by Turkish companies.
