More than 1,500 companies and businesspeople from the Arab and Turkish private sectors took part.
In his address, Council Chairman Jaafar Al-Hamdani called for removing customs barriers and easing the movement of businesspeople and financial transfers between the Arab countries and Türkiye, to build an effective partnership between their private sectors.

A Council delegation led by Chairman Jaafar Al-Hamdani met the Turkish Ambassador in Baghdad and the embassy’s commercial counsellors.
Chaired by Jaafar Al-Hamdani, the Council’s meeting reviewed obstacles facing traders, its own needs, and preparations for a December conference.
Chairman Jaafar Al-Hamdani received the head of the Turkish side, DEİK’s Türkiye–Iraq Business Council, at his office.
